The seller delivers the goods, cleared for export of goods passed, the carrier named by the buyer, or at a specified location ends with the delivery. 

If an exact delivery location is not specified by the buyer, the seller may designate a location near the location where the carrier will take delivery of goods. Commercial applications require the assistance of the sale order to the contract with the carrier (for example, rail and air transport) the seller may act at the buyer's risk and expense.
